Still, the book presents a wealth of highly organized material on a broad range of topics essential to the initial development of a well-rounded set player. This edition has been greatly extended by forty pages to include marching cadences, as well as some drum charts. Also, there are additional pages in the sections dealing with technique, rock, jazz, and Latin rhythms.
